Wuxi National Hi-Tech District (WND) is becoming known for its youth-friendliness, as the area rolls out a comprehensive suite of policies and services aimed at empowering the next generation.

From housing vouchers and job-seeking hostels to evening schools and talent training academies, WND is crafting a vibrant environment where young people can unlock their full potential and shape their own futures.

At the heart of this effort is the Flying Phoenix Talent Plan 3.0, which provides funding and support for young innovators and entrepreneurs. The Wuxi Industrial Technology Innovation Talent Training Academy functions as a talent incubator, blending industry and education, while the New Youth Job-Seeking Hostel offers free, temporary lodging for job hunters. The district's integrated Youth Talent Hub further combines residential, commercial, and office spaces to meet young professionals' diverse needs.

To enrich life beyond work, WND has launched the New Youth Night School program, offering courses in skills training, culture, fitness, and creativity. Young residents can immerse themselves in hands-on classes such as pour-over coffee brewing, script reading, and short video creation, gaining practical knowledge while enjoying interactive experiences.
